The Pulp and Paper Industry face unique circumstances: Despite consumption levels being at an all-time high, the general consumer trend is ‘to go paperless’. This has made for tough competition within the industry, creating new challenges for engineers: Pulp and paper plants must keep their expenses at a minimum, increase production efficiency and utilize instrumentation and control properly to extend revenue.
